Once we have your information, if you choose to, we will store your address and order information only, on our servers. We will not store your credit card information anywhere as an extra measure to prevent misuse.

By choosing to store your information with us, you can speed up further purchases, see past orders and track current shipments.
How do I buy Arturan products?
Our online store is open all the time. Choose products that you wish to purchase, by clicking on "Buy Now" next to the item, this action, will bring up a page with your order (sometimes referred to as a cart). Click on "Complete Order" when you have selected all the items you want. Then complete the order process by filling in your information.
What payment types does Arturan accept?
We currently accept American Express, Master Card and Visa.
Why are there different shipping options?
We provide several shipping options so that you can choose between price and speed.
How can I find out where my shipment is?
When we send you the shipping confirmation invoice we include a tracking number provided by the shipper. Follow the link to the shippers web site and enter the tracking number to see to progress of your shipment.
Can I return an Arturan product?
We will accept all unopened/unused product returns. Just send the item back to us with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return and we will refund the money to your credit card.
